Haberdashers Monmouth Schools
As part of the School’s initiative to transition to a co-educational environment, there arose a crucial need to refurbish the dayroom building. This refurbishment aimed not only to modernize the space but also to accommodate the introduction of female toilet facilities, ensuring that the school can effectively serve its expanding student body.
While our scope of work in this project was relatively modest, the enhancements made a significant difference. The installation of new radiators improved the heating efficiency, creating a more comfortable environment for all students. Additionally, the construction of separate toilet blocks for both boys and girls was essential in promoting inclusivity and privacy. Alongside these changes, a thorough tidy-up of the existing services helped to refresh the overall appearance of the building
Great Oldbury Community Centre
Great Oldbury Community Hall features state-of-the-art underfloor heating and hot water systems powered by BAXI gas-fired boilers. The naturally ventilated rooms benefit from openable windows and motorized louvres for effective night cooling, while smart extract ventilation with @VentAxia fans enhances comfort in restrooms and kitchens. The changing rooms are equipped with heating from a BAXI gas-fired boiler, complemented by fan convectors and radiators, as well as hot water from an AOSmith gas-fired heater featuring stylish Lecico sanitary ware. Mechanical ventilation is provided by Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery units for a constant supply of fresh air. We proudly partner with industry leaders such as GRUNDFOS, Systemair Limited, Gledhill Group, Smiths Group plc, and Purmo Group to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.
